I want to understand your business, your goals, what's not working right now, and where you want to go. You don't need to know anything about web design to show up to this conversation. That's my job.
If we're a good fit, great — we build a plan together. If you'd be better served by someone else, I'll tell you that too. I'm not interested in taking on projects I can't do well.

What does the first call actually look like?
