Terms of Service

Service Offered:

Marc Hyde Creative is a website design and development company. We primarily offer website strategy, UI/UX design, development, maintenance and support, web hosting, and search engine optimization. All "products" are digital in natural.

Purchasing Information:

Marc Hyde Creative operates in Osceola, IN, in the United States of America and only accepts USD. We accept all major credit cards (as processed through Stripe.com), check, or other digital payments, such as Venmo or PayPal. If customer is wanting to pay via Venmo or PayPal, customer must request to do such before sending funds. Payment through credit card or check information is stated on every invoice.

Fulfillment Policy:

Marc Hyde Creative will deliver all services as stated in the agreed and signed service agreement. There are no refunds for all services and all payments must be made before work on any project begins.

As stated in the signed service agreement, failure to communicate with Marc Hyde Creative during the project results in a 25% re-start fee. The time frame of failure to communicate is listed on the signed service agreement.

Delivery Policy:

All projects will be delivered in a timely manner, and all projects will begin on the date listed on the signed service agreement.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of digital goods, there are no returns.

Cancellation Policy:

If a client cancels a project before launch, all project files include mockups, images, copy, text, and development stays in the possession and ownership of Marc Hyde Creative, and Marc Hyde Creative is able to sell those to another customer.

If a client cancels a project, there will be no monetary refunds of any sort.
