Project Overview
Parkway Christian Center out of Grants Pass, Oregon reached out about needing a new website. The church’s Communications Director was getting frustrated with their old website. With the old website being on Squarespace, they were extremely limited on how they could both design the website and integrate their church management software, Planning Center, into the website. As a result, they reached out to me to build them a brand new custom church website.
Project Details
Outside of creating a custom designed website, here’s a few things that we did to make this website better serve the community and church community:
- Seamless integration with Planning Center so that all events on the calendar perfectly sync with the church calendar, plus all sign ups for events stay inside of Planning Center
- Custom sermon portal for easy event management, sermon notes storage, and podcast distribution
- Guided a plan your visit and personal note video from the lead pastor and communications director
- Simplified the entire website navigation and content on each page so that website visitors can find what they need faster and more efficiently
