Website Design & Development
Finding new staff members for a church or ministry presents many challenges – culture, fit, style, experience, background, and philosophy all play a role in the success of a new hire. To help churches make successful hires and feel great in the process, Celebration Ministry Staffing comes in to provide structure and experience to ensure that the right person is connected with the right church or ministry.
This project was done in partnership with D373.
Project Details:
Celebration Ministry Staffing brings experience, advisors, and success into each interaction with churches or position seekers. In order to build out the perfect website, various aspect were needed:
- Custom portal to build out each job posting where the Celebration Ministry Staffing team could quickly fill in the appropriate blanks and never have to touch the design of the website.
- Until an Application Tracking System is put into place, the website needs to collect and organize applications.
- Have an easy way to collect and display reviews across all aspects of the website.
- There are two types of users this website serves: churches and job seekers. This website needs to speak to both users and present Celebration Ministry Staffing as the job placement company of choice.
Design Features:
- Textures and patterns were requested to be used throughout the website.
- A custom “person logo” to match the company’s logo
- On the homepage, based on what type of user you are, you will quickly get directly to the correct place on the website. This is done by having only 2 primary menu navigation tabs next to a flyout menu, and on the homepage, there’s minimal but impactful content.
- For job seekers, there is a complete job portal that lets users search, filter, and apply for the ministry position of their choice.
