Website Design & Development
TX Concrete is one of the top residential and commercial concrete companies in South Bend, IN. The company is a local family business that offers both direct concrete services and subcontract concrete services to local construction companies. TX Concrete approached me to overhaul their website’s design so that the website matches the quality of the company.
In order to built out a full website for them, we focused on keyword research, SEO planned content pages, and showcasing previous clients and work to prove that they are one of the best concrete companies in the area.
Problems That Needed Solving
- The old website, domain name, and email were all under the ownership and control of an old marketing company that were difficult to work alongside, so we first needed to access ownership of all the technical parts of the project.
- The old website was near impossible to update.
- TX Concrete went through a rebrand but couldn’t access the website to update their logo on the webpage
- TX Concrete lost a handful of projects because the website looks old and outdated
- TX Concrete wanted to have a long-term relationship with a designer that didn’t lock-and-key the website
Project Details
- Custom designed and develop the new website on my private servers, but TX Concrete owns their domain name and email on their own account
- Broke out each service into a SEO focused page (including intentional copywriting, images, and frequently asked questions)
- Followed the best strategies for a successful construction company website project
- After the project finished, TX Concrete signed up for the Basic WordPress Maintenance & Support plan for ongoing hosting, support, and care of the website
