Email Marketing
Zuli Direct Care, started by Dr. Elizabeth Lindenman and Dr. Sara Bajuyo, seeks to provide healthcare that is personalized, accessible, and affordable. After serving in local offices and practices for 15+ years, Dr. Linenman and Dr. Bajuyo discovered that medical care was transforming from a patient-focused service to a money-making service. Direct Primary Care has been slowly growing across the nation, but Zuli Direct Care is the first South Bend/Mishawaka local direct primary care center.
Project Needs:
Zuli Direct Care is a new company and had zero footprint. Dr. Lindenman and Dr. Bajuyo reached out to me very early in their process and was not ready for a full website off the bat. However, they needed to get word out ASAP and start collecting email address so that they could follow up with potential patients when it was time to start registering as a patient.
As they got closer to opening their physical location, Zuli needed a stunning website to introduce people to direct primary care, show pricing, ask frequently asked questions, and allow people to enroll as a patient.
Project Details:
We completed this project in two phases:
- Splash page with an email marketing software attached
- Full website that includes the standard pages, a blog, email marketing software built in, and connection to their patient portal
During the splash page phase, we collected over 200 email address (with many converting to patients), and since launching the full website, many potential patients have commented that they have been looking for a medical practice that cares more about them as a patient than the bottom line.
