Website Design & Development
Water Time provides home and office solutions in the Northern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan communities by offering Bottled Water delivery and service, including bottle-free water dispensers for infinite water. Their old website was a simple build, but the owner desired to have a website that helped set apart from the other water delivery companies in the Michiana area, and let customers purchased their first order directly from the website.
Customer Journey For First Order
In order to have a perfect flow, the customer journey needs to start on the website and end with a customer created inside quickbooks. Here’s the steps that I integrated to solve this problem:
- Customer goes through a series of steps to place an order to water, cooler system, and 20 ounce water bottle add-on.
- Once customer orders, the credit card is processed and notifies Water Time of a new order and delivery request.
- Once order is processed by the credit card company, Quickbooks automatically creates a new user, complete with delivery information.
